Personal Productivity
Building CompleteProject is not enough. We want you to be more effective so we willl occasionally blog on various personal productivity topics and how they relate to CompleteProject.
First of all - Happy New Year! 2011 is going to be an exciting year for us and we hope it is a good one for you too.
We normally try to release a new version of CompleteProject every two weeks and I just want to take a moment to explain why we will not be releasing a new version for the next few weeks.
Our new year plans for CompleteProject are going to start off a bit...disruptive. There are a few major features that we have been wanting to add to CompleteProject for awhile now, but we are finding ourselves limited...
Good progress this week. The following issues have been resolved.
- Notes can now accept images.
- Notes can now accept hyperlinks.
- Find / Replace feature now available in notes.
- Added free program to capture images and manage your clipboard.
- Fixed registration issue.
- Fixed issue with importing email messages to tasks.
- Lots of work on the Email Server (bug fixes, enhancements, etc...)
- Fixed issue with email grid not displaying messages by default.
The new feature this week is that notes now accept hyperlinks and images. Notice the new buttons on top of the notepad:

Lots of small changes this week. If you haven't noticed - there is a pattern here. CompleteProject is a very big program which has been under construction for a long time. The long development cycle was necessary to give the first version all of the features which are needed for customers to form an opinion of the product. An unfortunate side effect of the delayed initial release is that CompleteProject needs through testing - which will probably last a few months.
