How it works:
An index is created for each individual file, then that index is 'pushed' to all users of the project, effectively creating a personal intranet. Team members get near-instant search results for files not on their machine, but access is automatically restricted to only the projects they have permissions on.

Detailed History
You have 2 types of history available, General Activity across all projects and tasks, plus a project-specific history. Completed tasks are placed in history for review, rather than deletion. You can also specify that completed tasks remain shown for a period of time you choose.
Email Integration
A key strength of CompleteProject is it's ability to integrate with email. Every task and project in CompleteProject is given it's own unique email address. Just send an email to the provided address and it's there for everyone to read. A handy preview shows the start of the message at a glance plus check-marks are applied to messages you've already read.
