The Task Details form is really the heart of CompleteProject. This is the area where information about your custom projects can be found. The task details area will look the same for projects and tasks except projects will have an additional tab - "Properties". The properties tab will be discussed later.
 Navigation
The tabs at the top of the task details form can be used to navigate between different information categories. The task details form can contain the following five tabs:

 Properties
The first thing shown in the description tab are five properties that are relevant for both tasks and projects. The five properties are:

 Details
The details area of the task or project is useful for adding information that is not conveyed using the properties described above. As a free text field the details property can really contain any information about the task or project. The text area includes the command bar with a series of commands that are familiar to most computer users and provide a rich editing environment. |
 Users
The users block shows who is the current owner of the task or project. Note that clicking on a person's name and CompleteProject always results in the user's information being displayed. Find out more about user details.
If the current owner is also the current application user - the person who is logged in to the application - then underneath the owner will be a link which allows the task or project to be delegated to another user.
If the current application user is not the current owner of the task or project than underneath the owner you'll see either the item's creator or sponsor. Clicking on either of these links will show information about the respective user. |
 Recurrence |
